SUPER DUPER LATE SONG ART PROMPT! XD

I chose, “Fire, Fire” by Steam Powered Giraffe. This song (written by one of the members of SPG, David aka “The Spine”).

Now correct me if I wrong but I believe this song was inspired by the industrial revolution, specifically the poor working class who worked in horrible conditions in factories and how often during dangerous outbreaks a lot of men, women, and children died trapped in those buildings. (If not, I apologize in advance to Mr. Spine!  XD) 

In order to get the feel of the comic, I was listening “Fire Fire” ( The Live at the La Jolla Playhouse in San Diego) version. 

This is a short 5 page comic (no dialogue - just lyrics) and takes places during the industrial revolution.

The story centers about a young girl named Maggie who tries to escape with her little brother Sam out of burning factory but loses him in the process. As she watches everything around her turning to smoke and ash, Maggie decides how she wants to leave this world.
